    This Privacy Policy describes how Lighthouse Technologies, Inc. collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information in connection with the Corvid Platform.

  2. Information We Collect

    (a) Customer Data: License plate images, timestamps, GPS coordinates, camera identifiers, alert metadata, and related LPR information uploaded or generated by your organization’s systems.

    (b) User Information: Name, phone number, email, role, organization, account credentials (hashed), activity and audit logs.

    (c) Technical Data: IP address, device/browser details, cookies, and diagnostic logs to ensure security and performance.

  3. How We Use Information

    (a) To provide, secure, and maintain the Platform, including access control, logging, fraud prevention, and customer support.

    (b) To enable authorized alerts, searches, and analytis consistent with applicable law and your organization’s settings.

    (c) To improve reliability, performance, and user experience, including testing and product development.

    (d) To comply with legal obligations and to enforce our agreements.

  4. Sharing of Information

    We do not sell personal information. We may share information:

    (a) With your organization and its administrators to manage user access and audit activity.

    (b) With service providers (e.g., secure cloud hosting, logging, support tools) under contractual obligations of confidentiality and security.

    (c) With government authorities or third parties when required by law, subpoena, court order, or similar legal process; or to protect rights, safety, and security.

    (d) In connection with a corporate transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition), subject to appropriate safeguards.

  5. Data Retention

    We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the services, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Specific retention periods for LPR data may be configured by your organization or required by law or contract.

    We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including role-based access controls, encryption in transit and at rest (where applicable), and audit logging. No system is completely secure, and you use the Platform at your own risk.

  7. Your Choices & Rights

    Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Because most processing is performed on behalf of your organization, please direct requests to your organization’s administrator. You may also contact us at the address above.

  8. Children’s Privacy

    The Platform is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

  9. International Transfers

    If information is transferred across borders, we take steps designed to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with applicable laws.

  10. Changes to this Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via your organization. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

  11. Consent to Receive Communications

    By using the Corvid Platform, you consent to receive service-related communications, including security alerts, system updates, policy changes, and administrative messages. Depending on your organization’s settings, you may also receive optional communications such as features updates. You may opt out of non-essential communications where applicable, but not those required for security, compliance, or service delivery.
